Can I choose a desired delivery date?

You cannot choose a specific delivery date. Within the Netherlands most parcels are delivered the day after shipment. However, we cannot do anything for you in this respect from the moment we hand over the shipment to the supplier.

Am I paying shipping costs?

The delivery of our products is free of charge for purchases over €188,- for the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipments for less than €188,- we charge €6,95.

Can I track the status of my order?

When your parcel is shipped you will receive a track&trace code from the supplier in question. You can then track your shipment via the supplier's website.

When can I expect my Shipment?

Your order will generally be delivered within a few working days, should circumstances unexpectedly dictate otherwise, we will inform you.

What is the warranty period of my order?

All our products are covered by the legal warranty. We guarantee that each product supplied by us meets the requirements of reliability and usability. In addition to the statutory warranty, a manufacturer's warranty applies to the products supplied, as determined by the manufacturers. This warranty is of course without prejudice to the statutory warranty that we will comply with towards you.

How do I return my order?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, you can indicate this within 30 days of receiving the products. After 30 days you have another 14 days, if unused and if reasonably possible in original packaging, return the product to us without giving any reason. You will then receive the purchase amount costs refunded. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. 

What payment options are available?

You can pay with the options below:

  • iDEAL: Pay safely with internet banking through your own Dutch bank.
  • PayPal: Secure payment via your own PayPal account, linked to your own credit card or bank account.
  • Creditcards: You can pay with all known credit cards.
  • Bank transfer: You will receive an extra email with instructions to pay by bank transfer.
  • Apple Pay: Pay with your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac via your Apple Wallet.
How can I make a reservation?

You can reserve the desired model truck(s) via the reservation form.

The reservation form can be found with the expected products. Fill in your details and press the green "Make reservation" button.

You will receive an email from us for confirmation. Please note that this email may end up in your junk or spam box.

Your order has now been reserved with us, one week before we release the product you will receive an email from us with a unique link to complete the order.

If you order before 1:00 PM on working days, we will send the package the same working day.
